Our Pastor, the Rev. Karen Nuscher Creasy, is a product of St. John’s. From the age of 14, she grew up in the church. She was married here, her children were baptized here, and in March of 1995, she was ordained here. Having graduated from Albright College in 1990 with a Batchelor of Arts in Religion, she continued her education at Lancaster Theological Seminary, graduating in 1993 with a Master of Divinity. Rev. Creasy served one year at Reading Hospital and Medical Center in the student chaplaincy program. She also served a congregation in the Allentown area for five years before coming to St. John’s in February of 2000. She is married to David Creasy, Jr. and they have two daughters. Rev.
