"AIMING FOR SUCCESS" - AFTER SCHOOL TUTORIAL PROGRAM

Southlawn's After School Program is designed to reach out to the community and within the church to help students with their homework assignments and give them additional help in Reading and Math.

Our Goal is to:
-Give homework help and help with reading/math thus increasing students academic performance
-Increase basic math and reading skills through weekly review, drills and other activities.
-Encourage and promote positive impact on student's character development
-Develop and appreciation of creative arts and develop skills through weekly art, dance and music lessons
-Foster consistent and positive relationships with adults, peers, and promote community pride.

We also offer:
-Snacks
-Physical activity
-Computer Lab (Internet) with supervision
