	Rev. Paul Scaringi, Ph.D. PASTOR - Rev. Scaringi is a native of Massachusetts and he previously served at Grace Baptist Church in Richmond, Va. He earned his B.A. from the University of Sioux Falls, M.Div. from The Baptist Theological Seminary of Richmond, and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. Outside of being a minister, he enjoys working on his photography, being outdoors, and time with his wife, Eileen. upcpaul@tutanota.com
	Lynn Anderson CHURCH SECRETARY - Lynn joined the United Protestant Church of Silver Bay staff in 2015. Lynn has a background in elementary education and retired from an accounting position at Northshore Mining Company.
	Dedie Moore, R.N. PARISH NURSE - Dedie is a Registered Nurse with 22 years of experience in intensive care and neurology. She volunteers her services to U.P. Church. A parish nurse is a registered nurse who is called and committed to the healing ministry of the church. The parish nurse does not do hands on nursing. They do not replace home health nurses, physicians or pastors. Dedie has been with our church since 2010.
	Sharon Searls CUSTODIAN - Sharon serves as our church custodian and, in addition to that, she leads the summer pre-school reading program (LOTS) held at U.P. Church. Sharon has been part of our staff since February 2013.
