  Safe Church Practices
  Safe Church Practices

Consistent with goals of the United Church of Christ to maintain “Safe Church” practices, all leaders in Parkside UCC working with children, including the Pastor, have passed Pennsylvania State criminal background checks. In addition the Pastor, as required to maintain Active Ministerial Standing in Pennsylvania Southeast Conference, UCC, participates in mandatory day-long Diversity Training and Boundary Training sessions every three years.

OUR CHURCH
We believe that Parkside United Church of Christ is a church home for people who are: spiritually starving and yearning for a deeper relationship with God that gives meaning and purpose to daily living, relationally deprived and searching for a warm, intimate, and welcoming community with whom they can experience the Christian faith inter-generationally, liturgically homeless seeking engaging worship that, through Word and Sacrament enables people to be immersed in the splendor of God.
