Worship & Music

Our main worship service is held each Sunday morning at 10:00 am. In recent years Christ Church has been experiencing new sounds in worship which have included Southern Gospel, Celtic, Shape-Note singing, and Jazz. We participate in the Berks Jazz Fest (Dr. Serio was a long time festival chairman), and we hold an annual All Saints Sunday Dixieland Jazz Service.

An annual Blessing of the Animals is introduced with Dave Kline’s “Critter Music.” In addition to these services Christ Church participates is a variety of services with neighboring churches. Also, our Adult Choir which rehearses weekly on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm and we are always looking for new voices.
